Die Entwicklung ist in der idyllischen Le Touquet Sanddünen und ist landschaftlich sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Ferienwohnung profitiert auch von einem privaten Parkplatz direkt gegenüber der Eingangstür. Die Ferienwohnung liegt zwischen dem Stadtzentrum und dem berühmten Golfplätzen.

Le Touquet ist eine sehr moderne und anspruchsvolle Ferienort im Norden von Frankreich und wird auch als Paris Plage aufgrund seiner Beliebtheit bei den Pariser bekannt, von denen viele eigene Urlaub Immobilien hier. Die Sandstrände von Le Touquet Dehnung Meilen und die Stadt bietet 2 Casinos, ein Weltklasse-Reitzentrum und natürlich die drei berühmten Golfplätze La Foret, Seeweg, und Le Manoir. Es gibt zahlreiche Aktivitäten zu unterhalten Jung und Alt, was Ihrem Geschmack .. ab Strandsegeln auf dem Strand, im Spa verwöhnen lassen .. von den Nervenkitzel der Fahrten in der Bagatelle Freizeitpark, um das Surfen rund um die zweimal wöchentlich Mar. Es gibt eine Vielzahl von leicht zugänglichen Urlaubsaktivitäten in der Nähe, Etaples, Arras, Amiens, Montreuil und Boulogne alle etwas zu bieten haben. Just to say we really enjoyed our stay at Lousianna. We’ve had a very stressful time recently, and appreciated the peace and tranquillity of the area. The apartment was lovely and my husband and son made full use of the pitch and putt course!!
My husband and I went to Le Touquet and stayed in the Louisianna with my elderly parents for four nights. My mum has mobility problems without the need for wheelchair use inside though. We found the apartment very clean, relaxing and spacious (except the kitchen area, but hey, we were in France and not there to cook!)The patio was a wonderful outdoor space that we used for an early evening supper on our second night and drinks before venturing out for the evening on all other nights. The weather was exceptionally hot for September up in the high 70′mit. The apartments were all very well kept and the area clean and realy quiet. It was a shame that the shower room wasn’t very well appointed with the large window in the way when using the shower. If the WC and shower positions were swapped, this would ease the situation completely. The main bathroom lacked a WC and would have benefitted by having a hook to hang the shower on for over the bath showering. I’m sure this is something that could easily be remedied! The utility room with washing machine and additional storage space was a welcomed little find. We put all our picnic baskets, shopping bags and suitcases in there out of the way. We took a stroll across the dunes to the beach which was a bit of a trek but the sunset was worth it. (Don’t think about carrying picnic stuff there, it was too far). All in all, we had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to go back

We had a lovely short stay at the Louisiana appartment. The appartment contained everything we needed, the large patio area was delightful its just a shame we didn’t get much sun ‘C’est la vie’.
