The self catering apartment is located on the second floor of a grand Edwardian building constructed in 1905. It sleeps 4 plus a baby in a cot and has been renovated to a high standard in keeping with the Edwardian grandeur of the building. Its ornate original features now combine with modern additions to provide stylish and comfortable self catering accommodation. The fully fitted kitchen and heating system ensure 21st century necessities, whilst the high ceilings, large fireplaces, sympathetic furnishings remind us of the building’s and le Touquet’s historic splendour from the end of the 19th century, throughout the roaring 20s and 30s to the present. Le Mascaret is a stunning apartment to rent located in the very heart of Le Touquet and is the perfect place to stay for your annual holiday or short break in Le Touquet.

Le Mascaret is situated in a quiet location (view) on the southern flank of the Post Office square, in the gastronomic centre where you will find the best gourmet shops along with many restaurants in Le Touquet. It is just 2 minutes walk from Rue St Jean, (the main street), the Aqualud (Water Park) and the beach. Le Mascaret’s prime location ensures that you don’t need to drive your car to go shopping in the popular main street of Rue St Jean, or to worry about driving home after sampling the top gastronomic attractions of the numerous nearby restaurants in Rue de Londres, Rue St Jean and Rue de Metz in the evenings as they are only a 1 minute walk away. You can also use the free electric bus that stops outside Le Mascaret to see more of Le Touquet.
The Apartment is furnished with 2 large settees (a 3 seater and 2 seater) and is equipped with FreeSat TV (All English Channels), DVD + video and hi-fi unit. There are children’s videos and games in the hi-fi cabinet.
Included in the rental price is full Wi-Fi Internet and all other utilities.
There are 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin. The bathroom consists of bath with shower over + wash basin, bidet & WC.
Secure storage for bikes / pushchairs is in the utility area on the ground floor.

Just thought I’d drop you a note to let you know we arrived home safely from France yesterday, having had a really lovely few days there. The apartment was very French and located perfectly for all the amenities. It was spacious and comfy. There were some lovely shops and we had fresh bread every day. It was fairly quiet. We did have lovely walks though and sampled lots of food and wine!

We had a great holiday thanks and loved the apartment. We have already recommended Le Mascaret to friends. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and the housekeeper was very friendly and efficient.
We had a great time in Le Touquet and really enjoyed Le Mascaret. It is a stylish and spacious apartment right next to the shops (fantastic bakeries and fishmongers) and restaurants. It was lovely to have breakfast on sunday morning whilst listening to a live jazz band from the nearby square! The housekeeper was also very friendly and welcoming. Our 2 weeks there flew by, we’d definitely love to go back!
A very cosy, well appointed, very clean centrally located apartment, which we would definitely love to go back to next time we visit. So much better than the dingey hotels we’ve stayed in previously. There were just two of us and one 5 year old child so we had more than enough room.
If you’ve been to Le Touquet before, you’ll know that parking is quite restrictive in the centre, particularly on the weekends, but not impossible, just look around. Excellent, like home away from home!
