L’Opale Villa Le Touquet rental rates per week for 2009.

Weekly bookings only accepted from Saturday to Saturday during High Season and all School Holidays.

3 Night Short Breaks are priced at 65% of applicable weekly rate.
4 Night Short Breaks are priced at 75% of applicable weekly rate.
5 Night Short Breaks are priced at 85% of applicable weekly rate.
Partial school holiday weeks charged at weekly rate.
All rates are shown as a guide and may vary depending on availability.
A £200 or 25% payment, whichever is the greater, is required at the time of booking.
Final balance becomes due 8 weeks before arrival.
A £200 refundable security deposit is payable with the final balance.
Extras.
Optional Towel Sets (Small & Large) £5 per person
Internet Access: Unlimited broadband access is optionally available at £15 per booking via house pc or personal laptop Wi-Fi connection, surf the net from the balcony or garden.
We accept payment by Cheque or Bank Transfer and all major Credit /Debit Cards.
This year we have also negotiated some excellent pricing from our travel partners P & O Ferries, Sea France & LD Lines for Channel Crossings. Booking your travel with us at the same time as your accommodation normally results in a substantial saving when compared to booking direct.
All Channel crossings will be quoted separately on request and are additional to the rental cost. Please visit our ferry page if you would also like to book your travel to France.
Seasons
This varies from year to year but as a general rule we apply the following criteria:
1. July – Mid September – High Season.
2. Mid September – October – Mid Season
3. October – March – Low Season
4. March – June – Mid Season
5. Bank Holiday Weekends – Mid Season.
6. Half Term School Holidays + Christmas and New Year – High Season
From £1050 per week, short beaks also available please enquire.
Booking Deposit.
A 25% deposit is required on booking the balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
Security Deposit.
A £200 refundable security is payable with the balance.
