"Have your pet vaccinated – After the microchip has been fitted your pet must be vaccinated against rabies. There is no exemption to this requirement, even if your pet has a current rabies vaccination. Rabies boosters must be kept up to date.The length of the waiting period before entry to the UK is 21 days after the vaccination date. If the vaccination is in two parts the 21 day wait will be from the date of the second vaccination." Source DEFRA Website. I thought the blood test could be taken about 4 weeks after the vaccination, and then there is a 6 month waiting period between a successful blood test (i.e. one showing the right level of antibodies)and being able to bring the pet into the UK. are you sure the sentence above “Det finns en 6 månad väntetid mellan rabiesvaccination och blodprov” is correct?
